Clarion Housing Digital Experience

UI/UX for RFP

Clarion Housing Group is the largest housing association in the UK with  properties across more than 170 local authorities. Clarion provides a home to over 350,000 people


This project was a RFP response for the digital experience connecting tenants directly with the housing associations managing landlords. This response won the client. 

The digital experience includes: booking a repair, managing bills, making a complaint, community and events hub and rental assistance.

Tenants are provided with fact sheet information upfront about their tenancy rights and any supporting information they may require that will assist them on their rights .

Once registered and logged in, tenants can keep track of their rental payments, book repairs and make a complaint. This allows more transparency and direct contact with the landlord managing the housing, offering tenants more control. 

Personal development provides the option to utilise the platform to learn more about the housing sectors, providing job opportunities.

The idea is to build a micro-community within residents.  




Frequent site visits will provide financial breakdown on personal development.
This will help residents budget, amend and allocate finances based on spending trends on rental outgoings, whilst providing educational support on areas that may be helpful based on interest.
